Oral findings in West syndrome – A Case Report

West syndrome is a severe form of epilepsy syndrome which is characterized by triad of infantile spasms, EEG findings (hypsarrhythmia) and developmental delay. Very few literatures is available on the dental findings and management of West syndrome. This case report presents a 8 year old male child with cryptogenic form of West syndrome having a history of multiple clusters of infantile spasms and typical dental findings. Dental treatment of the case has been discussed and preventive measures and treatment of west syndrome has been described.
